On its own or as an accompaniment to a meat dish, this is a winner!
1 large
butternut, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 pkt
brown onion soup powder
250ml
cream
100ml
milk
Dried
breadcrumbs and parsley
Preheat
the oven to 180c and butter the dish.
Place the cubed butternut in the dish. Mix the soup powder with the cream and
milk and pour over the butternut. Combine the breadcrumbs and parsley and
sprinkle on top. Bake for 50-60 mins until golden brown and done.
