I find that it is better with double the sauce and just as good with half the bacon.
500g
bacon
15g flour
1ml
basil, thyme.
1-2ml
pepper
250ml
milk
225g
cheddar cheese grated
9 hard
boiled eggs, sliced
25ml
parsley
10g
margarine
50ml
breadcrumbs
Chop and
fry the bacon, drain on paper towel.
Make a
cheese sauce out of milk, marg, flour and cheese.
Make
layers of egg slices, bacon, parsley and sauce.
Melt the
10ml marg and combine with breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole and
bake for 25-30mins at 180c.
