Even more delicious if made ahead of time and left to mature
Cook the noodles according to instructions. Drain and
cool slightly. Chop the onion coarsely, skin the tomatoes and cube. Peel the
apples and dice. Add all the chopped ingredients and raisins to the cooked noodles
and mix lightly with a fork. Blend the mayonnaise, chutney, peanut butter and
curry powder well. Pour over the salad mixture and mix lightly with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
